Delivery

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Currently, standard shipping is 2-6 business days, and Express is 1-3 business days.

International orders Australia Post Standard International service (10-15 business days).

Dispatch 

Your Social Paradise order will be dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Orders will only be dispatched Monday - Friday, and orders placed over a weekend or public holiday in, Australia will be dispatched the next business day. Please note during Launch and Sale periods there may be slight delays in dispatching your orders.

International

These are sent from our Australian Head Office and can be shipped to a residential or commercial postal address only - we are unable to ship to a PO BOX. The Australia Post Standard service cannot be updated once the order has been shipped, and any changes or updates once the order has been shipped are not possible.

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe delivery of your items. Custom fees as well as any taxes that are associated with the purchase, are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 

TAX AND FEES

THERE IS A POSSIBILITY YOU WILL BE CHARGED IMPORT FEES (OR SIMILAR) WHEN IMPORTING YOUR GOODS (WE ARE AUSTRALIAN BASED). THIS VARIES FROM WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED AND IS PAID TO THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY (TRANSPORTATION COMPANY MAY ADD ADMIN FEES ON TOP OF THIS CHARGE).

- We unfortunately have no control over this.

- Please contact the transportation company you plan on using in to seek information on how they calculate the fees and receive an estimation on what you may be charged (these costs are in addition to the 10% VAT that you have paid in our online store when purchasing your items).

- If your order has been returned to sender due to failure of tax/import duty payment, you will not be eligible for a refund.

- Customer is eligible for a store credit (minus shipment both ways).

-Social Paradise is not responsible for customers failing to pay import tax and will not compensate customers through a refund.

Customs Policy

Please be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products and taxes etc., and our orders designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import fees of which we have no control over and are unable to provide estimates of, as they differ widely from country to country. We cannot take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs to any country, as these costs are the responsibility of the recipient - where you have concerns regarding this, as your purchase amount is over the countries declared threshold, we recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order or visiting a duty calculation website such as
